Shipping Policy
Shipping is $5 flat rate for orders that weigh less than 1lb
Free shipping is available on orders over $75, regardless of weight. The discounts is automatically applies to your cart.
Current Turnaround time is 3 - 5 business days to process orders before shipping. We will ship with UPS or USPS (1 - 5 business days depending on location).
Delivery details and a tracking number will be provided in your shipping conformation e-mail.
It may take 24 - 48 hours for your tracking number to update in their system.
We ask that you please verify your shipping address before checking out.
If your package is not updating in the tracking system, please send up a message using the Contact Us page.
Return & Exchange Policy
Please check your order once you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
Refunds can be accepted within 30 days of receiving the product.
Your package must be returned at your own delivery cost. Once we receive your product, a refund will be issued. Please allow 3 - 5 business days for the refund to be processed. Depending on your bank/payment method, times may vary for the payment to show in your account.
